This has got to be one of the best plugins that I have come across so far. Simply install the OneClick plugin and install plugins and themes with a one or a couple of clicks. To really take advantage of this plugin you should use FireFox where you can right click on any link and install any plugin or theme to your Wordpress database. Does not require FireFox.
